Who's the audience for Partner Ops professionals?
This week I focus on understanding who the audience is for PartnerOps content. I'm still turning over the implications for how it impacts what I do professionally but also what it might mean for others and the continued evolution of the role.
At the end of the day, we as PartnerOps professionals have to get deeper understandings of how our efforts are tied to revenue because our budget lives and breathes under the CRO.
