Week 6: Blending Narratives
This week is a pretty clear transition to fully owning my role and work effort. It's where the rubber meets the road for blending the narratives that already exist with the story I want to tell.
This week:
- Recognizing historical cognitive bias
- Project ownership and influence
- Kicking off a Listening Tour
- The value of qualitative research
- Musings on what it means to be 'Senior' on a team here and elsewhere
- Musings on the nature of aloof leadership
This is a pretty critical week for me professionally as I step into the hot seat on a few key projects and start building the influence I need to drive the architectural changes that I believe support the long term growth of the Partnership organization.
